  • HOW DO I GET TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?

    We offer private transportation from and to the airport in an SUV for up to 4 people. A one-way trip costs USD 180 and a round trip is USD 300. Payment is due in cash upon check-in.

  • DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

    Parking is available for guests and free of charge. It is located across the street from the Reception. Reservation is not needed.

  • WHEN IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?

    Check time is 3 pm, check out is at 11.

  • CAN I DO AN EARLY CHECK-IN?

    Check-in time is 3 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability. You are welcome at any time, we can store your luggage while you wait by the beach or the restaurant until the room is ready.

  • CAN I DO A LATE CHECK-OUT?

    Check-out time is 11 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be previously approved by the Reception. There is an extra cost of USD 30 per hour, the latest could be 2 pm. After 3 pm, the total price of another night will be charged.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNET ACCESS?

    WiFi is available in all the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

  • IS THERE AC IN THE ROOM?

    Rooms are equipped with ceiling fans above the bed. None of the rooms have air conditioning.

  • ARE THERE SAFES IN THE ROOMS?

    Yes, there are safe deposit boxes in every room. The Hotel is not responsible for lost or forgotten valuables.

  • DO YOU HAVE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE?

    We do have daily housekeeping service to keep your room fresh and clean.

  • DO YOU HAVE EXTRA BEDS?

    There is no capacity for extra beds in the room nor cots. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 2 or 4 (depending on the category).

  • DO YOU HAVE IRON AND HAIRDRYER?

    No.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT CHILDREN?

    Diamante K is a family hotel. All children are welcome. Children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?

    No. Diamante K is located within Tulum National Park and pets are not allowed.

  • DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS?

    Yes, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards are accepted.

  • DO YOU TAKE CASH?

    We take Mexican pesos and American dollars.

  • IS THERE A RESTAURANT IN THE FACILITIES?

    There is a Mexican restaurant on site, Casa Maria, open from 8 am to 10 pm.

  • IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RATE?

    No, but it can be added for an extra cost.

  • DO YOU HAVE ALL - INCLUSIVE PACKAGES?

    No.
